WAT IS KELDERBEKUIPING?

Kelderbekuiping is een doeltreffende methode om vochtproblemen definitief aan te pakken. Door de muren en vloer te voorzien van een speciale waterdichte cementlaag, wordt insijpelend water gestopt en blijft uw kelder volledig droog.
Het proces bestaat uit een grondige voorbereiding, het aanbrengen van meerdere beschermlagen en een nauwkeurige afwerking. Een goed uitgevoerde bekuiping zorgt ervoor dat uw kelder jarenlang beschermd blijft tegen vocht en opnieuw een gezonde, bruikbare ruimte wordt.

Hoe werkt kelderbekuiping?

1. Werfvoorbereiding


We richten de werf in en zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte werkplek.

2. Leidingen losmaken


Eventuele leidingen aan de muren worden losgemaakt om het oppervlak volledig toegankelijk te maken.

3. Voorbereiding van de muren


Oude verfresten, cementering en loszittende delen worden grondig verwijderd.

4. Zoutneutralisatie


De muren worden ingespoten met een zoutneutralisator en na droging zorgvuldig afgeborsteld.

5. Herstelling van scheuren


Scheuren worden hersteld met exotherme zwelmortel om doorsijpeling te voorkomen.

6. Waterdichte cementering


De wanden en vloeren krijgen een stevige, waterdichte cementlaag.

7. Holle kim plaatsen


Een speciale aansluiting tussen de vloer en wand voorkomt toekomstige vochtproblemen.

8. Extra bescherming


Er worden twee lagen scheuroverbruggende coating aangebracht voor maximale stevigheid.

9. Optionele afwerking


Voor een perfect eindresultaat kunnen we de vloer afwerken met epoxy of een egalisatielaag.
